Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady to weak on light to moderate demand and
moderate offerings. Choice rib, chuck, round and loin cuts steady to weak. 
Select chuck and round cuts steady to weak. Select rib cuts lower while loin
cuts higher. Beef trimmings slightly lower on light demand and offerings.
