Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady to weak on light to moderate demand and heavy 
offerings. Select and Choice rib, round, and chuck cuts steady to weak. Choice 
loin cuts weak while Select higher. Beef trimmings steady on light to moderate 
demand and offerings.
