Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm to higher on moderate demand and light offerings. 
Select and Choice chuck, round, and loin cuts steady to firm. Choice rib cuts 
weak while Select firm. Beef trimmings mostly moderately lower on light demand 
and offerings.
