Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on light to moderate demand and moderate to
heavy offerings. Select and Choice rib and round cuts steady while loin cuts
weak to lower. Choice chuck cuts firm while Select weak. Beef trimmings
moderately to sharply lower on light demand and moderate offerings.
