Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady to weak on light to moderate demand and 
moderate to heavy offerings. Select and Choice chuck, round, and loin cuts
steady to weak while rib cuts steady to firm. Beef trimmings unevenly steady
on moderate demand and offerings.
