Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on light to moderate demand and moderate
offerings. Choice rib, chuck, and round cuts weak to lower while loin higher.
Select rib and loin cuts steady while round and chuck weak to lower. Beef
trimmings sharply lower on light demand and moderate to heavy offerings.
