USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady on Choice and higher on Select on moderate to 
fairly good demand and light to moderate offerings.  Choice and Select rib, 
chuck, and round mostly steady while loin steady to firm. Beef trimmings 
slightly to moderately higher on moderate to good demand and heavy offerings.
